“Supreme Court, known for its discretion, keeps lips zipped on big ruling”

The 6/25 Register article on the front page was referencing of course the big decision coming on whether or not Obama Care is “constitutional”. That’s crazy. Something that huge is going to be decided on the basis of who packed the court last?? That’s nuts. “Constitutionality” isn’t decided by whether you have 4 votes or 5 on the Supreme Court, well at least it isn’t supposed to be.

A couple of years ago SCOTUS was deciding on a case out of Chicago if the Second Amendment applied to an individual right to keep arms. Excuse me? If 5 of the right people hadn’t been sitting on the court at the time, it would have become illegal overnight to own firearms? FYI: that isn’t the way our government was set up.

Natural Law was not designed to be at the whim of the winners of the last election. Right and wrong has a bit more of a permanent nature than that.
