Jennifer Jacobs of the Register is unlikely to ever accept that Constitutionalists have for the time being taken over the Iowa GOP. She insists on calling them “Paul backers” and such. That’s true, but he is simply the outlet of their enthusiasm.

The problem for Jacobs is, if she were to start calling them “Constitutionalists”, it would point out that all the other candidates aren’t. Not that our current form of government bears any resemblance to the Constitution. But it would tend to highlight that the Emperor has no clothes.
