The 11th Circuit Court is the latest to rule that the Government can’t compel you to purchase health insurance. Makes sense to me. If they can force you to purchase something in one area, what’s to stop them from doing the same in a whole host of areas?
Why doesn’t that apply to retirement programs? Why should the Government be able to force us into purchasing Social Security? Why isn’t the same logic applied there?

[In the case of Social Security, another way to say it is, why should they be allowed to strap you down on a flatcar, run the tracks to the edge of a cliff, and send you hurtling into the abyss at 60 mph? It is a flawed and failed system people. Rocket Science 101.]
