The mainstream liberal media’s labeling of the nation’s  financial trouble as a “debt crisis”, exposes one lie right there. The  term ‘crisis’ implies a sudden and unexpected occurrence. That is  the last thing this manifestation of financial malfeasance is. It  is not sudden or  unexpected. It has been building in an obvious way  for the last 40 years.

But as for crisis, Douglas MacArthur said it best, to the  effect that, if your leaders are forever dealing in crisis, you have the  wrong leaders. Men of ability plan. They also keep abreast of events so as to avoid panic. If they are forever trying to throw you in a panic, they are like that slime Rahm Emanuel, “never letting a crisis go to  waste”.

Democrats and Republicans who have been there 30 years  like Grassley and Harkin, or 20 years like Boswell and Latham, or 15  years like King. They are the ones who bankrupted this country. No one  else.

Three, the media have protected and aided this  shell game the whole time. They have become the advocate for the establishment, not  the watchdog. Citizen watchdogs never stood a chance with a complicit media.  The vaunted “4th estate” sold-out a long time ago.  They are the ones who kept alive the illusion that the entitlement fantasies could be kept going,  with fewer and fewer workers, at worse and worse jobs.  Who could fall for that baloney?

That we could have a strong nation built  on the insurance industry, retail sales, and gambling revenue?? Not to mention government manipulation of sectors like agriculture, where  taxpayers pay one group of millionaire farmers to  grow something, and we pay another group of millionaire farmers not to grow  something. And a constant flood of illegal aliens that farmers claim they have to have to work at their facilities, because for some reason, despite all the subsidies  they get, they can’t pay a real wage. That type  of collusion between government and industry is fascism.
