… it should be a winning team! So an Iowa player gets busted yesterday for having a drug
house, whatever that is, continuing a long line of lawless players at Iowa, and the question
arises, if you’re going to have a corrupt team, shouldn’t you be 11-1 going into the bowl???
Instead of a likely 7-6 after the bowl???
When you have the highest paid coach in the Big Ten, you expect him not to run down the
name of Iowa, and to have the sense not to recruit a bunch of lowlifes. The head coach is
ultimately responsible. He and that team represent our state, as long as the name Iowa
is attached to it.
