On CNN’s Your $’s show, the panelists are discussing the state of the economy and
how typical families are coping. A number of shows on the news channels have been
doing this lately. A common thread is, "You know, there isn’t really anywhere for
the economy to recover to!"
Duh. It isn’t fun, sexy, or exciting, but the simple truth of the matter is this: You can’t have
a financially stable nation built on a service economy.
I’m listening to one of the panelist nitwits talk about the large banks debt to cash ratios.
Poppycock. You either manufacture goods from the raw materials of the earth, and
use real money, or you will collapse.
